Florida Keys Custom Software & App Development

Bring requests, records, and everyday tasks into a system designed for the people using it. Plan custom web applications, customer portals, internal tools, and connections between your existing software.

Based in Big Pine Key. Serving businesses from Key West to Key Largo.

Discuss Your ApplicationSee Scope & Budget

The initial conversation is free. Scope, price, and timeline are agreed before work begins.

Give the work a better place to happen.

Start with what someone needs to do. Your project can focus on one useful tool or bring several parts of a process together.

Customer Portals
Give customers a place to review their project, share information, or approve the next step. Plan what customers can see and what your team manages behind the scenes.
Internal Tools & Dashboards
Organize requests, job information, assignments, and progress in a view built for your team. Make the next action clear without searching through several conversations.
Custom Web Applications
Create an interactive tool for customers or staff: a searchable resource, guided request process, or way to record and review information. Design the screens around the task.
Integrations & Automation
Connect supported systems so information can move between your tools. Define the trigger, destination, and what happens when a transfer needs attention. Connections are assessed before they are promised.

You can commission an application without replacing your website or buying a new brand identity.

KeysVantage’s own software

Software you can see in use.

We built the KeysVantage Client Portal to connect project information, files, feedback, approvals, and invoices. It also brings Website Editor, Website Analytics, and QR Campaigns into the client experience. A portal for your own customers is a separate project, planned around your services, users, and information.

FL ScratchOffs · Independent web application

Public data views and a personal record-keeping tool demonstrate application design around searching, entering, and reviewing information. This is an independent project, not a commissioned client result or a Florida Lottery affiliation.

Build a useful first version, with a clear handoff.

We review the tools you already have first. A better configuration, website feature, or existing product may be the right answer. When custom development makes sense, the first release should complete a useful task.

A defined starting scope
Agree on who will use the system, what they need to do, the records involved, and how you will judge whether the first version works.
Screens and connections that fit the job
Plan the interface, information, access rules, and assessed integrations together. Required devices and data-import work are identified before the build.
A version your team can try
Review real working screens and test the agreed tasks before release. Check ordinary use, missing information, permissions, and situations that need attention.
A handoff you can work with
Receive the deliverables, access, operating guidance, and support coverage named in your proposal. Code delivery or licensing, data exports, and provider responsibilities are made explicit.

Choose a focused starting scope.

These are project-budget ranges, not subscription prices or a promise that every application fits the same package. Functionality and complexity determine your fixed proposal.

Discuss a Connected Workflow

Custom Workflow Tool

$3,500–$8,000+

A more involved system with multiple roles or integrations.

  • Agreed access requirements
  • Assessed integrations
  • Performance and security needs suited to the system

3 months of Growth Support included. Further feature releases are scoped separately.

Discuss a Larger Application
Plan for the full cost.

Hosting, storage, paid providers, migration, and ongoing development are identified separately where applicable. More complex systems can exceed these ranges. Access and security requirements apply at every scope, not just the largest project. Website package hosting and tools do not automatically apply to a custom application.

Running costs

Your proposal separates development from hosting, database or file storage, email or messaging usage, subscriptions, and payment-provider fees. We look for unnecessary costs to avoid without promising that every application can run for free.

Access, data, and ownership

Agree on account control, source-code delivery or licensing, data-export needs, and third-party services before work begins. Existing KeysVantage tools and third-party components retain their own terms.

Support and future work

Define covered fixes, maintenance responsibilities, and the next point of contact. Discuss backup and recovery needs during planning. Additional features and continued care are agreed separately.

Work through the important decisions before launch.

We handle the agreed design and development. You bring knowledge of the business and involve the people who will use the result. Reviews, files, and decisions stay organized in your Client Portal.

  1. Review the current process

Walk through a real example: who starts the task, what information they use, where it goes next, and what causes extra work.

  2. Set the first release

Decide what to keep, connect, or build. Agree on scope, price, timing, responsibilities, and the checks the release must pass.

A website or coordinated brand materials can be planned alongside the application. Each part keeps its own scope and price.

Questions before you commit.

Can it connect to the software I already use?

We assess access, provider rules, information that can be exchanged, and extra charges before including a connection in the proposal. We do not promise an integration simply because both systems are online.

Will it work on phones, and is it an app-store app?

The web application is planned for the devices and tasks in your project. Native iPhone or Android products, offline operation, and device-specific features are separate requirements to assess.

Can you bring across my existing information?

We review a suitable sample, its format, and preparation needed. Cleaning, mapping, importing, and checking data must be scoped to be included. Keep passwords and private customer records out of the initial inquiry.

Can you improve an application someone else built?

We review the system, access, documentation, and dependencies before agreeing to work on it. A targeted improvement may make sense; taking responsibility for an unfamiliar application needs assessment first.

How is access to business or customer information handled?

We identify what information the application needs and who should be able to view or change it. Sensitive data, approval rules, retention, and recovery requirements are discussed during planning.

How long will it take?

The schedule depends on the first release, available access and materials, and review work. You receive the agreed timeline in the proposal. Later feature requests can affect schedule and cost.

Tell us what the software needs to do.

Describe the task, the people involved, and the tools you use now. You do not need to know the platform or arrive with a finished specification.

The initial conversation is free. Detailed planning and development are scoped before paid work begins.
