Starter Website
Starting at $499
A focused website for a business that needs its core information presented clearly.
Up to 5 core pages
Custom mobile-friendly design
Contact form and a straightforward quote or booking-request path
Launch support and 1 month of Essential Support included.
Starting prices reflect the listed scopes. Content preparation, functionality, integrations, migration, and timing can affect the final proposal. A booking-request path is not live availability or payment processing. Full copywriting, photography, new branding, and substantial migration are quoted when needed.
Keep your website useful after launch.
Three included tools help you keep the website current, review activity, and connect your printed materials to online destinations. They remain available after your included support period ends; a paid maintenance plan is not required.
01
Website Editor
Handle everyday content changes yourself. We configure the editable areas and show you how to update them. Layout, functionality, and integration changes can be discussed separately.
02
Website Analytics
Review website activity in your Client Portal alongside the tools you use to manage the site. Google Analytics is also configured as part of your package.
03
QR Campaigns
Connect cards, signs, menus, and brochures to relevant online destinations. Manage your QR campaigns and review recorded scan activity from your Client Portal.
Project files, feedback, approvals, invoices, and next steps stay organized in the same Client Portal.
Hosting stays free while the website remains within the limits in your proposal. Domain renewals, business email, paid integrations, and other provider charges are identified separately where they apply.
Tools remain after included support
Website Editor, Website Analytics, and QR Campaigns remain available when the included support period ends. Continued hands-on care and additional work are agreed separately. Self-service editing does not include unlimited redesigns or technical maintenance.
Your website, accounts, and handoff
Before work begins, your proposal explains deliverables, ownership or licensing, account access, and handoff. Your own materials remain yours; third-party services and KeysVantage’s reusable tools retain their own terms.
From the first conversation to a website you can use.

Can you improve my existing website instead of replacing it?
We review what you have first. A useful website may need better content, a working form, or a focused update. We recommend the next step after reviewing its condition and access.
Can I edit the whole website myself?
Every website package includes the Website Editor. You can change the content configured for self-service editing; this does not mean redesigning every layout or changing the site’s code. We explain what is editable and show you how to use it.
Are the editor, analytics, and QR campaigns included in Starter?
Yes. All three are included in Starter, Business, and Custom website packages and remain available after included support ends. Choosing a larger package changes the website scope and support, not whether you receive these tools.
What does the included SEO cover?
Launch foundations such as descriptive page titles, headings, metadata, a useful site structure, and a sitemap, with search-tool setup and eligible local-listing assistance. Ongoing content and SEO campaigns are separate work. Rankings, indexing, traffic, and provider approval are not guaranteed.
Do I need to provide the text and photos?
We start with the information and materials you already have and help organize the website. New copywriting, photography, branding, and extensive content preparation are included only when specified in your proposal.
Can customers book, pay, or log in through the website?
A request form or link to an existing booking service can be a straightforward starting point. Live availability, payment processing, customer accounts, and custom connections need a defined scope. Your KeysVantage Client Portal manages your website and project; a portal for your customers is a separate feature.
How long will the website take?
Your timeline is agreed after reviewing the pages, functionality, and materials needed. Content, account access, feedback, and approvals all affect when the website can launch.
Tell us what your website needs to do.
Share your current website or tell us about the business you are starting. What should customers be able to find, understand, or request? You do not need a technical brief to start.
The initial conversation is free. Your scope, price, and timeline are agreed before work begins.
