Who We Are
The business transition to KEYSVANTAGE LLC took effect on September 15, 2026. Existing signed agreements retain their recorded terms unless amended by the parties.
KEYSVANTAGE LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("KeysVantage," "we," "us," or "our"), provides this website and the services described in these Terms.
KeysVantage is a Florida-based provider of website design, website development, website redesign, branding and graphic design, application development, workflow tools, client portals, booking and quote systems, dashboards, automation, ongoing website support, and practical digital support.
KeysVantage is based in Big Pine Key, Florida and serves Florida Keys businesses from Key West to Key Largo.
Acceptance Of These Terms
By using this website, submitting a form, requesting a consultation, accessing resources, using the client portal, or engaging with KeysVantage, you agree to these Terms as applicable.
Specific client projects may also be governed by a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, contract, or other written terms. If a written project agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the written project agreement controls for that project.
Website Use
You may browse the website, read resources, view portfolio materials, submit inquiries, and contact KeysVantage for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its security, availability, or integrity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website, admin area, client portal, proposal links, contract routes, servers, databases, accounts, or systems.
- Do not submit malicious code, spam, false information, infringing materials, or unlawful content.
- Do not scrape, copy, republish, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or abuse website content or systems in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Do not use KeysVantage content, branding, resources, code, layouts, or materials in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
No Guaranteed Results
KeysVantage builds around practical business goals, but results depend on many factors outside KeysVantage's control.
KeysVantage does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, bookings, quote requests, conversions, customer behavior, business outcomes, search engine placement, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
Any examples, portfolio items, resources, or service descriptions are provided to explain the type of work KeysVantage performs. They are not promises that the same outcome will occur for every business.
Informational Content Only
Resources, guides, articles, portfolio notes, pricing discussions, and website content are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, compliance, or other professional advice.
You should consult the appropriate professional before relying on website content for legal, financial, tax, regulatory, safety-critical, or similarly sensitive decisions.
Project Inquiries And Consultations
Submitting a form, sending an email, calling, requesting a consultation, or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a client relationship.
A project begins only when KeysVantage and the client agree to written scope, pricing, payment terms, timeline, and any required deposit, approval, or agreement. KeysVantage may decline projects that are not a fit.
A free consultation is intended to clarify goals, scope, fit, and next steps. It does not guarantee that KeysVantage will accept the project or that a proposal will be issued.
Proposals, Scope, And Project Agreements
Each project may have its own proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, contract, or written scope. Those documents define the deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, price, payment schedule, included support, and project-specific terms.
Changes, added features, extra revisions, new pages, additional integrations, urgent requests, expanded support, or other out-of-scope work may require additional fees, timeline changes, or a revised written agreement.
- Project scope is based on the written proposal or agreement, not on informal assumptions.
- Client delays, missing access, missing content, delayed feedback, or changed requirements may affect schedule and delivery.
- KeysVantage may pause work, launch, transfer, support, or handoff if required information, approvals, access, or payments are missing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals, and access to accounts or materials needed for the agreed work.
- Provide accurate business details, service information, content, images, policies, pricing, hours, contact information, and other project inputs.
- Confirm that any logos, photos, videos, text, trademarks, data, account access, or other materials supplied to KeysVantage are authorized for use.
- Review work carefully and provide feedback, approvals, corrections, and decisions in a timely way.
- Maintain third-party accounts, subscriptions, domains, hosting, email accounts, software licenses, payment processor accounts, and related fees unless a written agreement says otherwise.
- Comply with laws, rules, platform terms, accessibility requirements, privacy duties, industry obligations, and content requirements that apply to the client's own business, website, and materials.
Intellectual Property
KeysVantage Website Content
The text, design, graphics, layouts, resources, code, components, visual style, documentation, and content on KeysVantage.com are owned by KeysVantage or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide, such as logos, photos, videos, text, trademarks, business information, and account materials. Clients represent that they have the rights needed for KeysVantage to use those materials for the project.
Project Deliverables
Ownership or licensing of final deliverables is governed by the applicable project proposal or written agreement. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, rights to final paid deliverables transfer or are licensed only after full payment is received.
KeysVantage retains rights to pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, frameworks, systems, concepts, workflows, processes, methods, and know-how used to create or support deliverables.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, KeysVantage may reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, proposals, and sales conversations. KeysVantage will avoid publishing confidential information.
Third-Party Services
KeysVantage may recommend, configure, integrate, or link third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, analytics tools, payment processors, booking tools, CRMs, website platforms, APIs, plugins, AI or automation tools, client portal features, and other workflow tools.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, uptime, data practices, support policies, and feature availability. KeysVantage is not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, policy changes, discontinued features, account suspensions, security incidents, or provider decisions outside KeysVantage's control.
Clients may be responsible for third-party fees, accounts, subscriptions, renewals, access, and compliance unless a written agreement says otherwise.
AI And Automation Tools
KeysVantage may provide or support practical automation or AI-assisted workflows where they make a business easier to manage. AI and automation tools can be useful, but outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific use without human review.
Clients are responsible for reviewing AI or automation outputs before relying on them. AI tools should not be used as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment, regulated, or high-impact decisions.
Third-party AI or automation providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Confidential, sensitive, regulated, or customer information should only be used with approved tools and workflows.
Support, Maintenance, And Availability
Support, maintenance, response expectations, emergency handling, included updates, monitoring, and ongoing care depend on the applicable support plan or written agreement.
No website, system, integration, portal, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Clients are responsible for reporting issues clearly and providing access or details needed for troubleshooting.
Third-party outages, domain issues, hosting incidents, plugin failures, account problems, payment processor issues, email deliverability problems, and platform changes may be outside KeysVantage's control.
Payment Terms
Fees, deposits, payment schedules, due dates, accepted payment methods, and included services are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Late or missing payments may delay work, launch, transfer, support, access, or delivery. Unpaid work may not be transferred, launched, released, or supported until payment requirements are satisfied, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Refunds, cancellations, deposits, and payment adjustments are governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement.
Cancellations And Paused Projects
Cancellation, pausing, rescheduling, and abandoned-project terms are governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement.
Client delays may affect timelines and availability. If a project is paused or abandoned, it may need to be rescheduled, rescoped, repriced, or restarted before work continues. Work already completed may remain billable.
Confidentiality
KeysVantage may receive non-public business information during inquiries, proposals, projects, portal use, support, or ongoing services. KeysVantage will use reasonable care with confidential information and will use it for legitimate project and business purposes.
Clients should not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information through general public website forms. If sensitive information is needed, KeysVantage may direct the client to a more appropriate channel or workflow.
Project-specific confidentiality obligations may be handled in a separate written agreement.
User-Submitted Content
When you submit information, messages, files, materials, or other content to KeysVantage, you give KeysVantage permission to use that information to respond, evaluate a project, provide services, manage records, and operate related business workflows.
You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, malicious, false, misleading, or unauthorized content. You represent that information and materials you submit are accurate and that you have the right to provide them.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
The website and its content are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeysVantage disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Some project-specific warranties, support commitments, or service obligations may be stated in a separate written agreement. Those written terms apply only to the project or service they cover.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeysVantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or similar losses arising from website use, resource content, project inquiries, services, third-party tools, or these Terms.
Project-specific liability limitations may be governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KeysVantage harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, materials you provide, infringement claims based on client-provided materials, unlawful content or business practices, or your use of delivered work in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Changes To These Terms
KeysVantage may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms as applicable.
