Get help with updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing website care. Start with a specific problem or discuss a support plan with clearly defined coverage and time allowances.
Based in Big Pine Key. Serving businesses from Key West to Key Largo.
The initial conversation is free. Scope, price, and timeline are agreed before work begins.
Choose the help you need.
Self-service tools, included project support, and paid hands-on work cover different needs.
01
Make supported changes yourself
Every KeysVantage website package includes Website Editor, Website Analytics, and QR Campaigns. Use the editor for configured content updates. The tools remain available after included support ends and do not require a maintenance plan.
02
Use your included project support
Your website or application proposal identifies the included support plan, duration, and covered work. Check that coverage before arranging additional help.
03
Ask for hands-on support
Content updates, technical problems, and design adjustments may need work on the site. One-off tasks are reviewed and quoted separately; ongoing care has an agreed monthly allowance.
You do not need to choose a monthly plan before asking about a specific issue.
Example review · Southernmost Crane
Check the step your next customer needs to complete.
Southernmost Crane’s estimate form illustrates the kind of website function a support review can examine: required information, a usable phone layout, request delivery, and a clear confirmation. This is an example of review tasks, not a report of completed maintenance or an ongoing support engagement for that client.
Website capture: the form collects lifting-job details to start an estimate conversation. It is not a confirmed booking.
Give routine website work a clear owner.
Know the covered tasks, time allowance, request channel, and next step when an issue needs more work.
01
Keep business information current
Request covered changes to text, images, services, hours, and contact information rather than letting important updates wait.
02
Check the functions people use
Include agreed form, link, display, monitoring, and technical-update work that the platform and support scope allow.
03
Know what is included
Your agreement identifies covered tasks, time allowance, request channel, and response expectations. Larger changes are discussed before extra work begins.
Support with a defined allowance.
Coverage is confirmed after a site review. Every plan includes Essential’s monitoring, security/dependency updates, and applicable backup monitoring. Growth builds on Essential; Business builds on Growth. A response time describes when we reply, not when every issue will be resolved.
Essential Support
$50/month
Up to 30 minutes of updates per month
Minor content changes (text, images, contact info)
A plan is not unlimited development. Urgent coverage, migrations, and substantial new work need a separate scope. Provider outages may require the provider’s involvement. Operating hours and response-clock details are confirmed in the support agreement.
Hosting, support, and provider costs are different things.
Hosting stays free within the limits in your website proposal. Website Editor, Website Analytics, and QR Campaigns remain available after included support ends. Paid hands-on support is separate.
Existing providers need a review
For a website built elsewhere, existing hosting and software arrangements are reviewed. A support plan does not automatically replace or pay for those services. Domain renewals, business email, and other provider charges are identified separately.
Defined access and responsibilities
Your agreement sets out access, renewal, cancellation, unused allowances, and handoff. Backup monitoring does not promise backup storage or a completed restore; recovery responsibilities and work are defined for the site.
From the issue to an agreed next step.
We review the website before agreeing on a one-off task or ongoing coverage.
01
Share the site and problem
Send the website address, page or function, and what you expected to happen. Keep passwords and private customer information out of the public inquiry.

You leave this step withUpdates and next-step guidance
Sometimes. The platform, access, condition, and work required need a review first. A specific repair may be appropriate; other sites may need cleanup or a rebuild before ongoing care makes sense.
Do I need a support plan to use my included website tools?
No. Website Editor, Website Analytics, and QR Campaigns are included with every website package and remain available after included support ends. A support plan covers agreed hands-on work.
Can I request a one-off fix?
Yes. Describe the issue. Access and required work are reviewed before quoting the task. You do not have to buy a monthly plan first.
Does a response time guarantee a fix by then?
No. A reply acknowledges and assesses the request. Resolution depends on the issue, required access, providers, and agreed work. Urgent coverage is not automatically included.
What happens after included launch support ends?
Your website tools remain available, and hosting stays free within proposal-defined limits. Continued hands-on support is separately agreed; the original support period does not promise indefinite maintenance.
What needs attention on your website?
Share the website, the issue, and what you expected to happen. We will review the next step and discuss the work before it begins.
The initial conversation is free. Support review work, coverage, and cost are agreed before paid work begins.
