Working with KeysVantage. A clear plan through handoff.

Know what is being built, what needs your input, and what happens next. We handle the agreed design and technical work with you.

The initial conversation is free. Paid work begins after the scope, price, payment terms, and schedule are agreed.

From the first conversation to work you can use.

You do not need a technical brief or a finished plan to start.

  1. Start with the business

Share what needs attention and what you already have. We look at what can stay, what needs to change, and whether a simpler approach would do the job.

  2. Agree on the project

When the work is a fit, a written proposal covers deliverables, price, payment schedule, timing, responsibilities, reviews, and support. Any separately paid planning stage is agreed first.

  3. Create and review

We develop the agreed work and share it at the project’s review points. Feedback confirms that the design, content, or functionality fits the business before the next stage.

  4. Check and deliver

Review the final work before publication or handoff. You receive the relevant files, access, and guidance identified for your project.

  5. Keep the next step clear

Know what you can manage yourself, what support is included, and how further work is arranged. A future change starts with the work needed.

One place to keep the project moving.

Your Client Portal keeps project information, milestones, shared files, documents, invoices, feedback, and approvals together.

Know what needs your attention.

Keep decisions connected to the relevant page, design, or deliverable, with the information needed for the next stage.

What we handle

The agreed planning, design, development, and technical setup, with explanations of the decisions, review points, and delivery requirements. Scope changes are discussed before additional work is agreed.

What you bring

Accurate business information, approved materials you have permission to use, appropriate account access, and consolidated feedback. For a team, identify who can approve the direction and final deliverables.

Do not send passwords or private customer records through the public inquiry form. We arrange an appropriate way to provide project access and materials.

Know what you are approving.

A review confirms a specific decision, such as a visual direction, page content, or working feature.

Feedback stays connected to the work

Explain what needs to change and why it matters to the business. Bring feedback from several people together before revisions.

Changes stay understandable

The proposal identifies the included review and revision scope. An extra page, design direction, or software feature may affect cost and timing; we discuss that first.

You confirm supplied business facts, wording, and contact details. We check the agreed design or functionality. Publishing and delivery follow the project’s approval steps.

A handoff that matches the work.

Relevant files, access, guidance, and ongoing responsibilities are identified in your project agreement.
